Firelink.org (“We” or “the Company” or “Firelink”) highly appreciate the user’s (“the User” or “You”) privacy and take all possible measures to protect their personal information and to provide their security when using the site information (“the Site”) and the rank tracking tool (“the Service” or “the Services”). How We Collect and Use Your Information

Any User can browse the Firelink site without providing any personal details. To start using the Firelink services or make a subscription the User may be asked to sign up and provide personal information. We also collect any information to identify the demographic details and the type of users who use the Service, to determine which services, content and features are the most demanding for the users.

All the information collected by the system can be defined as personal information which identifies You as a person; non-personal or anonymous information which doesn’t identify the User as a person and provides some general details about the User and technical data which is collected by the Service for the inner use and statistical reports which may assist in business and marketing planning. Privacy of the Users is very important for Firelink.org The Company does not share or sell the User’s personal information to any third parties for commercial purposes. The Company shall not share non-personal user-generated information or any data associated with the Service projects, including but not limited to the Firelink reports, graphs, tables and any statistical data, except for the purpose of creating reports authorized by the User or if the Company believes that this information is necessary to solve the Service problems or to respond to legal requirements.

By accepting this Privacy Policy the User understands that the personal and non-personal information processing may include transmissions over different networks and the third party hosting partners. The User agrees that the Company is not liable for any disclosure, damage or loss of the information resulting from this process.

Firelink commits to ensure its Users that their personal and non-personal information is secure. Firelink may contain links for the third party sites and services, including but not limited to the Service partners, suppliers, advertisers and licensors, that are provided as a convenience to the User. The Company doesn’t control the third party sites content and is not liable for any circumstances that arise from using their services. The User accesses any of the third party sites linked to Firelink at their sole risk. Any interaction with the third party sites which are linked or have a link to the Service is a subject to this third party site’s terms and policies. As a condition of this Privacy Policy, the User understands and agrees that the Company can make any changes to its Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason with or without prior notice.
